Noobie ranger is searching for

Can't find where can i buy skills doubleshot and longshot. Are they sold in Lir's? And what is the strongest bow for Lir's? And what is the skill, when a ranger is firing from the knee? Sorry for noobie's questions.

Dble and long are sold by other players. They drop in fingals definetly but I am unsure where else. Stick to the quest bow until you get a Connacht bow then I would advise grabbing an ancient longbow, which will take you to at least 60.
However the strongest bow is the warbow it costs about 1k in shop.

You can buy double and long from other players, and I think on average they cost around 3-4k each.
If you can afford it ditch the crappy bow you get in the beginning and get an ancient warbow
And as for the skill which you fire from the knee...uhhhh... never seen that.
