The Dex boost from the Pendant will increase most if not all of your buffs, and it also adds attack and defence, which is always useful. But IMO, the talisman is my favourite because of the 100 magic damage. The cloak skill is a nice bonus too. Talisman is more auto dps, but Pendant is more skill potency.

Talisman... Gives good damage and does both health and energy regen.

Well lets see how they stack up.
Talisman:
40 hp regen
40 energy regen
100 magic dmg
15 sec increased dmg skill
may have some armor, health, energy boost(s), I forgot.
Pendant:
50 energy regen
100 dex: 100 attack, 200 defense, skill boost
Energy boost
500 dmg shield skill
Personally I would probably go with pendant, but I am also a pretty die hard dex ranger so yeah. If your a skill ranger pendant. If your an autoer you can make good use of pendant, but talisman is overall better.

I prefer dex pendent for solo lvling because of 500 dmg shield and the defence added is great, hard to get hit

I'm a dex hound so I went with the talisman. The way I see it, I shouldn't need hp regen since I heal 1500 normal build and I'm always low on energy so the added regen is nice. The skill is great too, I particularly love using it with a mage combined with energy shield whilst training. Plus I use most of the dex based attacks so it's a nice buff.
