Yes. Haste Ring from lvl 100 lux or the reaper ring(2013 Halloween) should be used for every ranger without an endless supply of haste elixers.

The reaper ring benefit comes from not only haste, but an Attack boost. Attack will increase your ability to hit with melee attacks. To me, I would find it hard to justify paying almost 2mil for the Reaper Ring on Taranis as opposed to the 350k for the haste ring. The haste ring also has 30 STR and 100 Health.

Good luck.

Reaper ring is exceptional on rangers. The haste boost is usually needed because bows are generally slow. The attack boost is very nice too, as you can never have too much attack. Also, auto attack rangers rely on their shots to hit. So the attack boost is very nice. But some may agree that the poison skill is most useful. it significantly increases auto attack damage by 100 poison damage. It is nice to use it when you cast rapid shot, or when you're on a haste.

Yes. The reaper ring is great for any autoing dps class. Druids and mages have better rings for themselves. Warriors are theoretically the exception to the rule, as they can also be dps especially in this update, and they often do have very nice auto attacks.

Btw, nice sig. Did you get that from the Civilization forum smilies?

To be honest, I personally believe that the Reaper ring is the best lux ring you can get in the game at the moment. I would love one, but there's just a crater in my wallet. It adds poison attack which is just freaking awesome, along with the haste and 15% attack which are like super bonuses.

I agree with the other responses, its just terribly expensive due to its usefulness!

Buy a haste ring, save 1.5mil, trade gold + haste ring for reaper. : )

I use it always in combo with rapid shot
Everyone wants a reaper ring, its 15 seconds of 100+ damage to your attacks!

Sold mine for 1.3 mill and 50 combos. Don't be surprised if next events bring some lux that will surpass the reaper ring, and make people that have 'invested' money into it mad.
