Hey guys i wanna solo my ranger but the skills suck i want to know some skills and stats to have a awsome solo lvl ranger i can upgrade 5 skills i dont have lots of health but im fine using pots plz dont change this post no quotes just responses plz maybe can we get this stickies for future rangers thanks again

I currently have a level 139 ranger with the skills: Steady aim, sharpen weapons, light heal, double shot and bolas.

My recommendation for a solo ranger would be not to solo. DPS is a little too low to get good xp, and although you'd be spending less money on pots/idols since you have good survivability, your lixes will be wasteful due to the low xp gain. I recommend running with other DPS or even a lure mage.

For stats, you should go full strength while leveling with other people, or 2:3 str:dex ratio if going solo.

For skills, you should use sharpen/steady/double/light heal if in a group (or even camo), and long shot/steady aim/light heal/bolas if going solo.

obviously there's places it doesn't excel.... much like anything else with a prerequisite.
Aside from cramped spaces, it does very well.

It does do well, but most people can only get off 1 longshot before the mob is on them, thus kinda defeating the purpose as its not nuke dmg like sneaky, just a decent attack skill.

Mhmm. I dual log or level with someone most of the time so i can see how it's-- not the best to have solo

Yes I would love to be able to dual log, its one of my goals for this year... Solo is extremely difficult in boggans for anyone (in my opinion) not a rogue or war. Grp is definetly the w2g from about 124, if not earlier.
