Should ranger skills cast slightly quicker?

So should ranger skill casts improve slightly quicker?

Reason..
Superninja loves his pit so if anything spawn he would target and cast skill 'sharp shot', while the skill is casting say.. A rogue ran at that target and put a hit in and great timing! Sharp shot now on its way to take the life of that target, superninja got the kill. Next thing would happen is my chat would get flooded by that rogue saying Ks and so on.
This is a fact! Once the skill has casted, rangers can not move, run away or stop the action what so ever.
'Or maybe the part where the arrows are being pull back' can speed up slightly im not sure??

So.. Should our skill casting get slightly quicker so people would totally get the point that the target has been spotted and the damage will be done?
Did anyone noticed that too??

Any feed back would be appreciated.
(spellings might not be correct but hopefully you get what I was trying to say)

- Not for those reasons and I know they removed the animation for rapid shot but rapid shot almost becomes unusable compared to simply normal attack due to it's cast time and close quarters that a Ranger may be soloing in.

If they could remove that, make it an instant cast skill (of course still possessing the cool down timer) and to be fair, give every other class one instant cast skill... that would be good.

Furthermore, on a side note, if devs were able to make it so each toon, via some quest, could CHOOSE one skill to be instant, that would make it very interesting...
