No. Steady aim is great. It increases both dmg and attack rating. From my experience, entangle is most effective in pvp builds. Regardless of what people say, Rangers are very awesome at pvp and entangle is a must have. Otherwise I wouldn't use it. If you have bolas it slows them down and they are easy to keep away. If they're away, no sense in using a skill that inhibits their attack speed since they aren't close enough to attack!

Entangle is very good in order to decrease DMG taken while leveling, so you don't stop constantly to heal yourself or waste restos.

Unless, you combo lix or use regen lixes, then it becomes redundant. Or if you can take down enemies so fast that there is no need to heal.

Keep in mind that entangle slows down only auto attacks. Not working for skill casting mobs/bosses.

Kendrill is not referring to level 25 pvp. Warriors have heavy armor and high hitting skills thus making them dominate in any low level pvp if done correctly. Though a pvp built warrior still does extremely well in pvp, better than most rangers depending on gear.
