Celtic Heroes

So I have played now a ranger and I really felt in love with. I realised that strenght based rangers are using dexternity based skills, right? So I was thinking if it's possible that OTM turn Sharpen Weapon, a dexternity based skill, into a strenght based one. I though it would be too op if it happen but why not?

On multiple occasions we have pointed out that warriors have Str AND Vit based skills; rogues have Str AND Dex based skills while rangers only have Dex based skills. We don't know OTM's thinking on limiting rangers to Dex based skills because our suggestion to include Str based skills for rangers is met with silence.
