Are the set worth it and which is best for ranger?

I have the same question for both the 140 and 190 sets. My rangers is still low 100s but I might pick up the 190 set before event ends if it's worth it.

The set is best for rogues and warriors, who rely on stats a lot more than rangers.
Rangers are dependant on direct damage gear especially at higher levels, so the brace is definitely worth it.

If you can get your hands on a gara/skain set then that i better but if not i think the str/vit set is also quite nice
