I am a level 118 ranger looking for a good place to level and advice on changeing my stats and skill build. my stats are str 210, vit 220 focus 20 base, 71 with gear bonus and dex 165 base, 406 with gear bonus. i am currently using opal armour and bow with freezing quiver of beasts. my skills are double shot, entangle, light heal, long shot, steady aim, sharpen weapons and rapid shot. double,entangle,light heal and long shot are maxed at 25/25 or higher with ring bonuses, 17/25 in rapid and extra points in the other two. im currently leveling in otherworld against wraiths, oakheart dryads and golems but im wondering if i should switch to boggans in carrowmore.

If u plan to be str build make ur str around 400. After that use dbl shot, sharpen weps, steady aim, lightheal (if u need it, otherwise I'd suggest rapid), and bolas or camo. For places I'd do lvl 120+ ghosts. They're less resistant to pierce and scholar ghost spawns more frequently, so there's a high chance for lots of XP.

If u plan to stay dex, use sharpshot, longshot, heal, bolas, and preferably steady aim or rapid. Level in the same place regardless of what build u choose.

After around 120-122 lvl at Blackstone's across bridge until 127ish. Then move to lvl 130 boggans

Goblins in Lumbridge tend to offer a decent amount of XP per hour. If you're feeling adventurous you could move on to Guards in Falador but they're a lot tougher. You've been warned.
