Howdy my clans starting slow but was wondering what would be a proper ranged combat number for a lvl 180 bolas. It currently sits at.. 3350.

It avoids every so often, but I heard that's often and not much I can do about it.

Would be going Dex build help lands?

bolas isn't boosted by dex so there is no point going dex build if you want it to land more, Ranged combat supposedly boosts bolas, therefore you'd assume it lands more with a higher ranged combat but from what i can tell when switching to ranged combat gear the difference is minimal, i could be wrong because there are other factors to consider such as the expose weakness at the time but from what i can tell putting ranged combat gear on doesn't give bolas any significant benefit. So if your clan want to make sure bolas is landing just make sure to have 3-4 rangers at the boss.

Yep. We haven't noticed any difference on bolas landing regardless of dex or ranged combat. My ranger lands bolas constantly and has very minimal dex and ranged combat.

I land bolas most of the time on dl bosses. Have about 2100 ranged ability and 1300 dex

my ranged combat is 1800 and it lands often on proteus
