Ok i believe that this build is great if you look at how hard monsters are at the moment to kill. It should hopefully work but to make this build work you must have crystal diamond bow as it is a very good powered weapon. I am level 84 ranger atm.

When i level up i will get 90 dex

i got mine as

works grate for me with Cristal bow and breastplate and hast-gloves everything else is wonder till i save up for diamond

I have a lvl 81 ranger with diamond bow and heroic haste gloves. i set my stats up like this...

100 Strength
245 Dexterity
10 Focus
70 Vitality

I am noticing a couple issues with this build though. One being i need a bit more health to fight mobs in the otherworld, second i could have taken some from dex and put it in strength to add a bit more dmg with a normal shot.

dude thats not enough hp..... not even close, as a fellow rangr i urge you to change that!!!

I hav like 1k health 50 focus and the rest in strength, it works for me. I hav a crystal bow and hero gloves by the way.

And I can kill higher level rangers than me who are like 12 ahead.

Connorm2 that's a pretty bad build. Take a lot of points out of focus and put them in strength dexterity and vitality

Strength+vitality, 3/4 stren 1/4 vitality, ranger build... Nailed it
