Celtic Heroes

After some testing today, I feel they have been put right, sneak is half of what I used to do but it's ok, but rend and dagger damage makes up for it, it does feel more balanced and it makes me use all my skills rather than just sneak, but over all I feel at lvl 45 I'm effective against high enemy's again.
