Sorry for the cheeky title.

So I've come to the Rogue forums to get your expert opinions on a weapon I got last night off a (I think) rare mob.

The unfortunate chap that met my fury was a level 40 Connacht who went by the name Shadowblade.

The drop:

Name: Master Dagger of the Shadows
Of note: Main hand, Bind on Equip
Pierce: 23
Speed: 2000
Weight: 12
Requirement: level 30
Bonus: +20 Dexterity
Bonus: +2 Quick Strike

To me it looks like it would be a fine weapon for a mid level player. It's fast, and has good bonuses (in my mind, anyhow). But that darned BoE makes me think that it won't command near the price of a similar, non-BoE weapon. And off course, mid-level players have no money, unless they are an alt or jacked on plat.

So what are your thoughts on this weapon? Who would find it useful? How does it compare to Warden/Quartz?
And of course, how much do you think this dagger is worth?

It's about half as good as warden, good weap for the 20-40 range, master version so I wouldn't sell it for less than 20k

I have no idea about Rogue weapons, so it is great to hear your opinion. Your appraisal is also a good amount higher than I though it might be, so I'm glad I came here. I will probably keep it until the Auction House comes, but good to have a general idea about value.
