I am lvl 65
Is there any others skills i should upgrate like poison weapon, fast reflexes, distract etc etc

#5I would go with sneaky, rend, quick strike, fast reflex and poison, allocate points as you see fit to benefit your energy use. Assass is a waste at your level it just sucks energy
