I made a suggestion that a smoke bomb takes away a % of the targets defence then a number. Like 2 per skill point so at 50 smoke the target has 0 defence i think this could put rogues back at top. Smoke would need a slight increase in duration as it does get evaded alot.

They need to lower bosses defence +1

And with mobs too, I have like 4.5K+ attack when leveling and I still miss a lot of hits...

+1 on lowering defence or making 'attack' attribute better.

I have 3263 (with 1700 basic dagger skill, bloodlust 40, rad bp 500, dagger of bounty 250, frozen boots 25, ancient wyrmbone dagger 500, aggy sneak brace dagger 250)

It works fine for me, never miss a stroke. I put all in strenght like oldschool V2 rogue style lol. But yes I have a personal bodyguard with a taunt maxed with two aggy brace with 5 taunt. It helps lol.

I would bet any money you miss more than half your swings on the new bosses. I have tested it, with 3.5k attack and a smoke bomb of -700 defence i still miss the majority of swings

I think you need to recheck i have 5000 attck and on the new boss i see miss miss hit hit miss miss dodge hit hit hit hit miss miss hit dodge hit miss. About 50% i hit and thats with 42 smoke which -800 defence. I expect smoke to be better and wok as a % would really help like 100%+ if boss has 5000 defence i could take it down to 800 then its brill and a normal 35 smoke could take it down to 1500 and make amount of dex increase time.

Max smoke should increase my dps as much as AAC lure increases a mages, if not more
