Right now im using sneaky 20/20 shadowstrike 20/20 quickstrike 20/20 riposte 20/20 and assassinate 14/20 should i choose or swap for another skills?

That's not completely true, the stat build usually controls which skills to use.

Judging by his current stats, he doesn't use very much Dex, but lots of strength. From this information, I'd say to drop shadowstrike, and Max out assassinate, and then throw the rest of points into a different str skill.

Since rend seems to suck and theres no other str skills, I'd throw it into bandage wounds maybe. The heal variable is linear to skill lvl, so there's no need to worry about maxing it.

(I'm also assuming the player has decent vit)

I bought a fabled poison weapon ring a while back, and it added 5 dmg to the skill. 5. 5!!! 5 freaking damage from 3 skill points!
