Yeah so im a level 86 rogue and my reflex is 60/860..... How can I raise it?

And is it used for a beter defence? thanks

Reflex is movement skill evasion. It is not similar to defense. You maybe comparing this to fast reflexes and if you really want to train it i would use connacht trappers they work half decent at lower levels.

no, mobs casting movement evasion based skills on u will raise it

such as roots, bash, freeze, bolas, entangle, and so on

So in this case the mobs will cast fetter and you will have a chance for your reflex to increase.
