like i said its a matter of preference. if you want more melee damage and an attack boost then go with venom. if you want to boost your stats, and ultimately your skill damages, go with trident. venom is 250k, trident is 225k. im personally going with venom dagger/dagger of slaying because it has poison in it, and im working on onyx/obsidian armor which adds additional poison to my attacks, that and venom is a physical attack, pierce, ultimately just adds more melee damage.
