Heroic Gloves w/Cruel Knife?

For those out there who own/owned a pair of Heroic Gloves, and maybe once or twice stumbled across or own/owned a Cruel Knife, I am sure you have mixed the two to see how fast you attacked.

What was it like? Did you attack with little delay, or did it go so fast that it took phantom attacks or the movement of the character couldn't keep up with the damage?

When dueling the other person could sometimes not attack back because the animation for the hits were so rapid

I mostly got my rogue to lvl 60 on cruel knife and gloves and an off hand only. Many eons ago now.
Then switched to knucks till 89 and stopped playing him until update 4 hit,
Cruel knife is just so wickedly fast speed wise, i still like to donn it ocassionally even at lvl 165.
I guess ill have to try it on heroic haste lix some day gloves and ring is best ive used so far.

I wanna see it on a hero haste lix.
