Skill wise, I would suggest focusing on 4 main skills. In 6 levels from level 114, you will be able to upgrade each of your skills by 5 points. It is better to max out a skill first rather than scattering the points around (having only stronger skills rather than weaker skills).
As for the bracelets, I would really recommend a skill bracelet from this event if it's possible. Ask your clan to camp or camp for it yourself.

I think you're definitely good to go.
Just make sure to master all skills first to maximize your damage output, it helps a lot when it comes to locking or outlocking players.
The Kron ring may render as useless since you do not have the full set (even if you do, an energy regen amulet is much more preferred). Try farming for another skill ring and use that instead.

Drop the DOUBLE ATTACK! It is a very slow attack in which you could hit 2-3 autos. Max out Quickstrike instead. Also, you should max out riposte and get some rings for it.
