Celtic Heroes

I'm a level 71 rogue.

My stats are

Strength: 170
Dexterity: 65
Focus: 50
Vitality: 95

I've seen an archer with a weapon that's only 5 more damage than mine(mines 60) in the otherworld and he could kill an enemy and I can't kill anyone.
I've also seen rogues that seem as strong as me and they're a lower level.
Can anyone give me any advice if my stats should be different or what?!
I don't have the best armor.
Ancient lam pants and chest.
Moonshadow gloves, boots, and hat.
But I can't raise up enough money to get better armor.
I don't get how people get so much money. I know some fight bosses and sell the drops but no one would want me to help fight a boss because I am weak.
