Let's talk about Rogues?

#1
Most forums don't look so personal, but I need some help.
I have a level 90 rogue.
I've searched far and wide for a good build or something but I've completely failed, believe me.

Don't judge me here, but my stats look like this.
Strength: 235 (245)
Dexterity: 105 (117)
Focus: 50
Vitality: 85
=475 Points

How can I disperse these and become better?
Do you have any builds to suggest?
What is the ideal place to level efficiently? And group or Solo?

Tell me about your own rogue and your build!

Thanks for your help. It's very much appreciated!

First off, I'll introduce myself as Eyre, a level 90 rogue.

Without lux, you have nowhere near enough hp to survive. I suggest at vit to be least 2x your level (180 for you atm). your priority should be getting enough regen to drop focus to 10, but till then can leave a few points in it. At your level/assumed gear, you should not have more str than dex, because you simply cannot afford the increased costs that come with it. Your dex should at least be equal to (but preferrably more than) your strength, because dex adds more survivability, and ss damage increase (i hope you have it) will make up for the damage loss for the most part.

Dont try to model your build after end game rogues builds, because we have a large amount of hp/stat/dmg boosting gear that allows us to make builds that are impossible for someone your level to replicate

From what i can grasp about what your gear might be,you will want to stick to group leveling as much as possible until you can get some lux gear (fire blade and heroic ammy for example) because until then, training solo will be too slow, and too expensive to do somewhat efficiently

At 170, I still can not replicate end game rogue builds. I do run a pure str build only because I have a Druid duel logged at all times.

Best rogue builds till 180 are dex. Hands down. I was able to solo 1-160 faster while in a dex build than a str build.
Lifesteal/fast reflex makes you invincible.

Energy is a problem for both so as stated, that should be your priority.

After getting an ideal amount of health, 100 str (including all bonuses) and the rest into dexterity.

Once 100 however, get an axe and go pure dex.

At 150 I had around 350 str (gear) and 600 dexterity.

Take out the focus, make your hp 1.5-2k, split your points 60/40 str/dex. Skills are qs ss ls riposte, rest in reflexes. You will not regret anything with this build.

As far as gear goes, make sure you buy a haste/gloves and either a dagger or axe level 100 offhand. Look at the stats and decide what you think will be best for you, it's really just down to preference there as they are both good and bad in their own ways. Wear your entire set of zodiac armour with a haste ring, or use haste gloves if you have better options for armour such as earthstone or something.
For jewellery you'll always want to increase cunning, attack, damage, and str/dex(these all increase your dps), at your level however you should also look to get as much energy regen as possible in order to maximize your abilities as a rogue.
