1) Drop Vit
2) Increase Str or Dex
3) Try to get some better rings, if possible.
4) Work on getting a Jalan Damage Set, and some sigils so you can remove tali of stars

I have 1001 hp sigils and 45 energy currently working on them

Balance those sigils out. As a rouge, I'd say that you should be able to get back to full energy in 2 ticks.

Was planning on getting 500 ish

Good idea. I need to up mine too, I think I'll get another 400 Health and 500 Energy Sigils when Yule comes. Generally I like to keep my sigils between 2 and 3 ticks to fill the bar.
