#21100. Not sure what daggers you can but hey go figure it out ahaha. Hero haste is I believe 80% speed boost so will bring majority of daggers to this speed

#3Hero haste gloves are 30% boost. That would be nearly as op as the boots of running quite fast

#4fun fact: you can reach attack speed limit with ordinary haste lux and shoreline dagger :p.
