I just killed the mob that drops this weapon on my rogue about 10 minutes ago. A Master Trickster is the mob that drops it, and he is located outside and to the left of the Redstone cave, near the Scratchers. I was working on getting information for the wiki page with my level 20 rogue when it spawned right next to me. It was a very pleasant surprise, that's for sure.

Yes, cruel knife is what I meant. That said, its still a very nice dagger.
