Cruel knife is only useful if you have a ton of elemental damage.
This is because the weapon is so fast it hits with that elemental damage at a fast rate. The weapon damage, however, is so low that you would need an insane amount of strength to get a decent amount of physical damage out of it.

Cruel knives with lots of elemental damage were primarily used for their usefulness in interrupting mobs/bosses anyway. They were never a real viable option for leveling.

Meteoric Dagger.

Tell me your Str Lvl and Damage when Holding Meteoric Dagger.

Str is at 310. (With items)
Dmg with meteoric is 732
Dmg with Cruel Knife is 459

In that case cruel knife would top meteoric.

If you want to calculate DPS of each then you just have to do Damage/Speed for instance the cruel knife would be 459/1.470=312DPS Not sure about the meteoric as I forgot the speed on it but my guess is they will be about the same but since meteoric has the stat bonuses I would use it... Cruel knife is only good for when you are low level and have a good offhand.
