Am 190 dude and have both, dagger has been in my bank for weeks now

Personally i have both 150 axe and dagger along with both 150 amulets. I use dagger + 120 dmg neck for my strength build as peicing adds more damage with higher strength and with my dex build which is amazing i use axe so i can add alot more to dex so i have 300 str and around 500-600 dex. Which makes my shadowstrike hit 3k which is amazing. And i switch between my amulets wether i am auto attacking or using skills.

Some high rogues 150+ just stick with ax and no regens and use lots of sigils

I own the dagger with 350 str it adds 256 damage and the 25 regen per. The 150 str and 44 extra damage is not nearly worth it. Also considering that the dagger adds poison damage, unresisted by most mobs AND it also has pierce damage and with enough str the auto will surpass the melee of the axe.
And to the person that said the str makes it worth while due to skill increase two things 1 it doesn't add nearly as much as you might expect 2 why increase skills if 75% if the time you cant even cast them.
