Without having to worry about energy (Mage, other Regens or Energy Lix), Annihi is much better for DPS (gives 200 health and energy too).

If you don't have any of the above, then the regen on the 1m ammy will be needed and is a good alternative.

I only use the regen lix for big bosses, otherwise the bounty dagger and spectral tali

I dont have my dl offhand yet but when i do get it i can easily see myself switching to spectral tali permenantly as i believe rondel and tali will be higher dps output than using the bounty and annhialation

Yeah I use the energy lix and with the lix, bounty dagger, and talisman I still get low on energy if I am full dps skills specced and spam casting

for solo lvling, the 100 less resisted magic dmg + the 250 magic dmg cloak are better, while gaining 35 armour which is a better bonus than health, and still having the 40 rejuv
