300 str and vit and rest in dex. im 163 and i have 700 dex!! dex is awesome! everyone need dex! more dex!!!

I'd say quite the opposite, sure shadowstrike will be powerful with high dex but really if you want high dps especially for levelling then str is where it's at. Missing isn't an issue on regular mobs so pump out autos and wreck everything with qs, sneaky, riposte, and ss.

SS is a really good skill but it won't do **** against Necro.

As well as being completely useless on necro I find it misses 99/100 times on Mordris

Mordris must have very high Hack Evasion, because that skill is just bull unfathomable in PvP.

for me str build is no option atm. 4 of my skills are dex based.

Mordy has high movement attack evasion. If I tried to freeze him I would miss like 4/5 of the time. For some reason ss is movement attack evasion I guess you are moving, but the other skills that are categorized as movement attack evasion are skills like freeze or grasping roots that inhibit movement. It seems to me that it should be physical attack evasion, but perhaps the game designers intended it to be rarely avoided by mobs and often avoided by bosses (which seems to be the case with my freeze).

ss, reflex, life steal, poison wep (haste lix + grp lvl = mire dmg than riposte). dex skills

Autoing on haste with dex build and your only real dps skill being ss is nowhere near better dps than having an str build, eapecially not with riposte.
