not at all, it makes a huge difference when bossing an levelling it is worth it simply for the cast time

I'm not gonna argue with you because im well aware of how experienced you are and I'm also very thankful for you adding my guide. But honestly i don't see a place in my build for rend. I use qs, ss, riposte, ls, and reflexes. The only one i would give up would be riposte and i don't know if i would want to do that or not. What do you think i should trade it out with, should i use it at all?

your setup is awesome for levelling, dont change it if its working for you

It does work great, but i can't be too sure because i can't afford to test out builds. Do you think i should trade riposte for rend?

absolutely not, until you are bossing at which point riposte becomes useless. it is one of the best levelling skills

Eaven str and dex like 60 dex 50 str reset is vit

DoT skill is always good as extra hits, the issue is, how good is it compared to other dps skills? Lvling wise i use it as extra only.
