SS is love, SS is life.
Seriously, though, Dex builds would be unusable if SS didn't exist, and it's even great for Str builds. An absolute must for everything as a rogue.

Instant lock at Carrow and under bosses when you have competition. My 190 rogue only has 1385 dex but she has 4020 cunning and a high ss hit of 6349. And I pretty regularly hit around 6k so it is a must. I even ran that build while lvling to 190 in the tower and had no issues and ls and that dex and a few sigils meant very few restos

If it takes you longer than the time it takes sneaky to cooldown to kill the mob then your doing something wrong.
