Nope, double attack goes off your weapon's BASE attack speed (page atk speed without speed improvements). So if you're using a slow af spear, your DA cast time is longer than when you're using a dagger.

You just have no idea how much your autos miss on bosses.

any skill use is an increase on dps... you miss more than half your autos on raid bosses, also rend cancells one auto so that is incorrect, douple also only cancels one auto, the animation just takes longer but the autos "missed" pop up afterwards. assassinate is also worth it on raid bosses because when it hits, it more than making up for the autos it covered which probably would have missed.
