120 poison damage on dagger, on edl bosses does about 1/3-1/4 damage, so 30-40 max with about a 25 dmg per hit average

40 pierce which is about 320 ish dmg for the average hybrid rogue, assuming youre still training, arent full str, etc, pierce on edl bosses does about 1/8-1/5th damage depending on if lure is there and what boss, so adds 40-70 ish max with an avg auto range of about 25-40, ofc once again depending on boss and lure.

Is like 50-90 auto on edl bosses

Now axes, specifically the fire and ice axes will almost always be lured at every edl boss, and at some specific bosses they wreak havoc compared to dagger

185/195 are both weak to fire, with 185 at 0 resists lured, and 195 at about 30-40% resist (last time i checked, been a while) so the 400 fire axe would add a potential 400 per hit, 300 ish average on 185, and 195, 240-280 max with 160-190 average

205/210 edl are practically the exact same, but for ice damage, just substitute the resists from 185 in for 210, and the resists for 195 in for 205 and you have a general idea.

Id reccomend getting fire axe because dl/edl is fire, but ice axe is more useful for the "important edls" 205/210

Events are always weak to an element, never to pierce (least not yet) and always have poison resist these days (fk u otm), so if you can get a haste ring and axe, or better yet, a reaper, id jump for that instead of dagger, but thats my opinion being a bosswhore
