Songz has about 400+ Dex and has already said that his Poison Weapon adds around 90 damage. Even with Lures up and Smoke Bomb cast, you will be hitting about 800-1.1k per auto and always land because of smoke bomb. Poison Weapon takes 2 seconds to cast and you start attacking whilst the animation is still happening (you will notice health come off).

2 seconds is just over 1 1/2 auto's with Heroic Gloves (1.2-1.6k), or just over 2 auto's with a Haste Elixer (1.6-2.2k). Taking into account that a lure is permanently up, as is a smoke bomb, he will add 90 damage per auto for 60 seconds, which, with heroic gloves would be 4,050 Damage Added (with 1.2-1.6k lost), or 5,684 damage added on a haste Elixer (with 1.6-2.2k lost).

All in all resulting in (with lures and smoke bomb up):

2450-2850 damage gained with Heroic Gloves
And
3484-4084 damage gained with a Haste Elixer

Yes, if you have little poison weapon (under 70ish), I would not bother wasting the time and energy casting during fights, but if you have a top poison weapon (75+, especially 80+, then I would recommend casting during fights, depending on if you have the energy regen to do so).

Yea idk Ill test it out next aggy. Lately Ive been having a mage boost and sacrafice me so I can use Sneaky. Hit 2500+ with lures since it is at 40/35.

Ya i have same songz though i dont use sneaky... Only reason i dont is cause energy issues taking like 200+ mana to cast just think my points would be better used else where for play dead(pvp)

But just a point if your at a boss without lures posion is a must cast. It fanatic when lures are not up.

Well I think I could cast sneaky and poison with same round because of the extra 250 energy rad gloves gives me.

My 2nd device Mages uses a +10 Energy Well Halloween Charm - Problem solved!

Ya I can but without a support mage the 35 points are wasted on sneak and im a massive pvper so cant do that.


Also just tested cast time its was 3-3.5 seconds check it blrd it is not even close to 2 seconds :/

Did you count it in your head?

I effectively timed it. As i tapped the skill, i started a stopwatch. When the skill had cast i stopped the stopwatch. Did this about 10 times and the timings ranged from 1.8-2.3secs, so I guessed it was 2secs and the added/less time was due to my reactions.
