If you want to calculate DPS of each then you just have to do Damage/Speed for instance the cruel knife would be 459/1.470=312DPS Not sure about the meteoric as I forgot the speed on it but my guess is they will be about the same but since meteoric has the stat bonuses I would use it... Cruel knife is only good for when you are low level and have a good offhand.
1950 without haste.
In that case 732/1.950=375 DPS plus the stat bonuses and it misses whole lot less so go with the meteoric dagger for sure.
