Celtic Heroes

I made a remark about the life steal oddity awhile back in another thread, but didn't get responses on it.
I have since noticed, it only heals less than its damage on mobs a certain lvl below u (I've not checked to see the cut off lvl). But on mobs your lvl, the heal and dmg is the same.

lower lvl = hit higher life steal
hit higher life steal = lower amount added
