Re: Reinventing a rogue

So where do I go?
I'm stocked up on wisdom to level up the abilities but I still don't know which one to use!
Hey, I don't mean to hyjack your thread. But can you please explain what you mean by the above statement?

I'm fairly new, and while I've seen games where boosting ability scores using potions can help raise skills in some ways. I wasn't aware that it was used in CH...?
In CH, abilities permanently boost your overall power. Abilities are "trained" (increased) by repeating the corresponding action.

For example, if a warrior swings a sword, his/her sword ability has a chance to increase. Higher sword ability will increase both damage and hit chance of the warrior when using a sword.

Some abilities are raised by using skills. A warrior that uses pummel may increase his/her melee combat ability. That will also increase the damage and hit chance of the warrior when using melee combat skills.

In the bold/underlined statement, Campbell was referring to wisdom elixirs. These are 15-minute drinks that multiply the chance that your abilities go up. They come in 2x, 4x, and 5x variants. However, elixirs are somewhat expensive for new players. Don't spend your money on them quite yet; buying gear is more important at your stage.

Since you're new, so I highly recommend asking players in game for help. Also look at the tutorial in the help menu (in game). And if none of those float your boat, just play the game! You'll figure out these things sooner or later. :)

Ok, now bringing this back on topic…
Shadowstrike-Maxed
Riposte-Maxed
Quick strike-Maxed
And yes, Bandage wounds-max
I recently made a rogue (currently level 50). I have:

Shadowstrike —29/15
Lifesteal — 15/15
Fast Reflexes — 15/15
Poison Weapon — 8/15

I have these stats:
Strength — 5 (80)
Dexterity — 160 (180)
Focus — 10
Vitality — 100

My shadowstrike deals almost 900 max poison damage, but usually hits for around 500. My lifesteal does 150 max poison damage, but usually hits for 50-100.

I have 700+ attack and 650+ defense.
