It doesn't happen on normal mobs from my experience. As i mentioned before, it usually only happens on special mobs i.e. bosses, boss adds, mini bosses etc.

We determined that lower lvls dont give back less health? Um not true my ls does 1400+ normal on 170+ mobs. I go ls a pirate i get maybe 600 back it is determined partially by lvl. The glitch people are saying is that they are getting less back on mobs that are same level or above.

I dont think its by lvl, i dont think it happens only on special mobs too, when my rogue used ls on trees (at the exact same lvl), he could hit 396 and get less than 300, it was pretty often that he hit 250+ and got around 170-180

I dont think its related to any normal factor, lvl, resists, evasions, etc. , I cant say what makes it happen but either way, whatever the reason is, it should get fixed.

whats the difference? lowest lvl mob, and they also wont have resists against it, life steal is poison dmg.

that doesnt mean it is matter of lvl, like i said, no normal factor affects it imo, if it works with a gap of 190 lvls, then doesnt work with gap of 150 lvls, that prob means it is just 20 lvls below ur lvl, so its not a lvl factor.
Not resists either, its poison, and even if it wasnt , resists would affect the heal directly.
Not just special mobs, can happen on all kind of mobs, at any lvl range.
Isnt related to attack or ability or evasion.

Anything else? For me its nothing more than a glitch right now.
