Usually, it's all blood Thorn rings with some swaps usually bloodthorne ring in swap too. So you're going to need four blood Thorn rings.

Pretty much 3 permed Fero Rings
Hot swap gele qs and sneaky ring, sub ring for ss, any kind of damage ring for autos or double (dbl attack bt dc ring decent). Mordy rend ring or a cunning necro ring for rend.
