New After Update Rogue Builds ?

hello im currently a lvl 3 rogue with untouched stats and skills i was just wandering if someone could please upload stat and skills guide for a good rogue build being both a high damage dealer and battlefield survivor.
- Please also if you could include how the point distibution of stats and skilled should be applied from lvl 3 that would be great.
4 str + 1 Vit etc.
