yes, i am currently able to solo 1* cultists (lvl 140) and any of the horses except 4*

i use frozen top, radiant legs, radiant boots, frozen dagger, golden venom, frozen helm when soloing


about 100dex
2k worth of hp

the rest in strength


i also have 110 damage added by my rings

Could you give a little more insight on what skills you are using? Did you max fast reflexes? Bandage wounds?

Also, when I said efficiently, I meant can you kill one after another (minimal downtime) for constant exp?

for low downtime you're going to have to invest in sigils, otherwise you're going to need resto pots or a druid friend. for soloing i dont use fast reflex as radiant greaves gve 500 defence, i use poison weapon, rend, smokebomb, and sneaky, and assassinate
