Stats are a personal opinion based on what you want to do, want to solo, put more in dex and vit
If you level in a group, put more points in strength, the best stats are the ones you decide one through trial and error, me posting my opinion on what you should have for stats is nigh useless because I have end game gear and have my own personal build
The best stat system is the one you create for yourself

Don't listen to Pigman.
Just put everything in Vit. This way, you can play without thinking too, and you'll still probably survive with all those health points.
