ice blade is not good for dex build, tridant is

What r other types of rouge build?

Have not tried the trident but I use a flaming sword offhand.

Fast reflexes, poison weapon, and bandage wounds maxed.
Your preference to what to spend the rest of the points in.

I can solo any one or two star mob my level plus 5.
Three stars still get me in OW since they use a lot of skill hits which dex does not help with.

Since most of my damage avoidance is by dodging It takes me less time to regen for the next fight.

For rogue there are two main builds, strength or dex,
Dex is lots of dodging and almost never missing
Strength is tearing the enemy to bits
Dex is a better build for solo players
Strength is expected for group players and boss fights

Dex adds to poison weapon damage and you miss less but it in no way replaces str. A dex build does less damage but survives longer.
