Duel Boxing Rouge Stats

So I've decided to make a rouge and I'm wondering what my stats should and whats the best gear so I've got a 109 druid and it has maxed abundance 28/25 so I won't need much vit, maxed embrace and bark both 28/25 soooo these are my statistics and I want the best dps possible and make it impossible for my rouge to solo lvl for the extra dps

If you want the best dps possible while being able to level with any gear (even full rad at wayverns)
Xxx str
50 dex (unless you have radient bp)
150-200 vit
This will last from golems and u might just survive both skill hits from new wayverns too
