Best wep is frozen dagger, but you have to be 125 and complete all the weapon quest like up until that point
Best dagger you can farm to acquire is the master drakefang dagger (130 lvl req) best you can buy is diamond
Best raw dps offhand is a golden blade, second is golden venom, and third is diamond dagger offhand

Not neccasarily ice blade, but a golden blade of any type. If you usually have mages around, I'd go with Golden Fire Blade. If you rarely have mages around, personal opinion I'd go for a magic blade.
What Pigman said is spot on. However, I'd like to add, even a Meteoric Dagger is better than a Diamond Dagger, and can be equipped at level 60.

the hard part with meteoric wep is tht it takes like forever to get lol ill try to get
