My rouge is not good

My rouge level 36 has fabled rings, full ancient leather armor, ancient dagger and a good offhand but still sucks what should i do to make him hit harder

I'm pretty sure those rings are minimum level 60 so are unlikely to help you hit harder for awhile. Unless OTM codes in a way to equip a jewellery-laden backpack. :twisted:
