I've seen only one other person have and use this dagger.

Never seen it.. Looks nice but is not practical, and judging by OTM's item making, it will add about 5-10 damage per person.

If I remember right it is about 50 not positive though

Thanks for the info. I did not equip, hence why I was asking if anyone has ever used one. I collect daggers, so will just be adding it into my vault.

50 per person is actually pretty nice.. Especially if theirs a lot of people around. Still don't think it would come anywhere near a Frozen Dagger, but would be nice for a lower level if they stood next to all the higher level DPS in a boss fight
