Before I start,always do arena and pie quests,because they give a good amount of gold and exp.

NOTE:Always keep casting poison weapon for faster killing.

First off,farming is not possible untill you hit level 30.
At level 30,go to the level 10-20 Skullcrushers near the Eastern Dock. I know they don't give a big amount,but they will be easy to kill. When you are level 35,move to the ones who give more gold. When they give you no gold(probably level 40) you should move to Dustwither Catacombs. At this stage,you will be level 40+. Start killing 20-30 enemies,they will be easy-medium difficulty(5-10 hits) to kill at that level. At level 50,kill the 20-35 levels. At level 60,move to Shalemont Ravine,and kill Skirmishers,Outrunners and Kerns,and start saving for a Flint Quickblade,it's price is 29k. When you have hit level 75,kill the red wisps,you should probably have your Flint Quickblade purchased at level 68. At Level 90 kill the blue wisps,they give fair amount of gold.

I don't think you should always farm gold. Just when needed.

at my warriors level (88) i stick to killing connachts and dustwither bosses/skeletons

way better cuz you can get 3-50 gold drops from connachts and dustwither bosses drop valuable armor

I would suggest only giving a farming guide up to your level as its harder to be sure on what it is for a level above you rather than giving blunt information
