Rogues no longer top dps on new bosses?

Heard from brookie that high level bosses have uber high defence and rogues are unable to be top dps, losing out to mages because they hit more often. True? Is it going to be like that from now on? Mages outdpsing rogues in U4?

I see me an my fellow rogues getting kills over most other classes in are clan
But again since Dogmas STILL banned from game, are highest mage is 158
