Hey I'm kinda getting stuck with what to kill and which quests to do. Any advice

Do the storyline quest, kill in shalemont till lvl 58 go to stonvale kill hogs. Then kill faries...

yup do the main storyline quests + the fettle quest for good xp

when not doing the quests just kill things in shalemont like ace said
